1.Global Access

Enabling Multilingual, Multi-Market Deployment

We reengineered the platform’s architecture to support seamless internationalization and localization. Text, dates, currencies, and metrics adapt based on locale—even adjusting layout for right-to-left languages like Arabic. Drivers can toggle between multiple languages in-app without reinstalling or updating binaries.

We addressed not just user experience, but also regional compliance, operational scalability, and interface consistency for over 10,000 drivers operating in 12 countries.

2. Smart Tracking App

Real-Time Fleet Insights That Scale

Smart tracking enables managers to oversee route status, charge levels, ETA accuracy, and delays—with location-based alert triggers per region. The routing engine integrates charging availability, traffic, and real-time power consumption to offer dynamic path suggestions with safety buffers.

From heatmaps to vehicle tracebacks, we created dashboards that scale from city-wide overviews to single-driver deep dives.

3. Driver Onboarding

The onboarding system combined multilingual voice guidance, localized compliance flows, and smart verification. Whether a driver registered in Bogotá or Dubai, the steps felt familiar, streamlined, and complete.

Custom KYC logic matched national ID standards while visual walkthroughs reduced friction. In high-growth regions, this lowered drop-off rates and accelerated fleet activation timelines.

4. Operational Toolkit

For internal teams, we built a companion portal with real-time sync monitoring, support ticket dashboards, and user behavior analytics. Help agents could see session logs, recent transactions, and alert histories—within a unified UI—so they resolve questions faster without asking users to repeat themselves.

Data flags for suspicious activity or failed syncs fed into automated resolution workflows, reducing both risk and support load.

5.Intelligence Layer

A custom metrics engine tracked route completion rates, voice usage, driver performance, and charge-related delays. These weren’t vanity metrics—they directly informed fleet incentives and feature updates.

Predictive maintenance and reward systems were linked to behavioral insights, reducing downtime and increasing retention. Country-level dashboards helped ops teams fine-tune strategies with precision.
